As an entrepreneurial sales and marketing professional, Alex has successfully developed profitable, high growth property investment, financial services, software and retail companies. He now brings his extensive innovative strategic marketing and sales experience to real estate.

In a previous role as a new home consultant for Signature Homes, he specialised in Unitary Plan subdivision, design and build projects. He has a wealth of knowledge on this topic and can advise on the best way to maximise value and market a property with subdivision potential. Together with access to a team of building industry experts, he offers a comprehensive 'subdivide-design-build-sell' service.

Alex chose Ray White Damerell Group for their finely developed systems, support and innovative marketing approach. 

In his spare time, as co-founder of the Y for YOUTH Foundation, Alex is dedicated to initiatives 'for social profit' that provide solutions to youth social problems such as suicide, bullying and the lack of positive role models.
