Chris comes to real estate with a background in hospitality management, including a qualification from Auckland University of Technology, and started his career post-study working at McDonald’s. He quickly progressed to shift manager and in that time learned a great deal of people skills. This led him to operate his own business - an internet café in Auckland Central. His business skills and market knowledge saw the business turnover double in a year and it continues to operate successfully to this day as Chris established the right systems, marketing and customer service focus that has stood the test of time.
All of this knowledge and experience has armed Chris with incredibly valuable skills that he utilises daily in real estate including negotiation expertise, transparent client communication, efficient systems and processes, effective targeted marketing and more.

He loves to listen first and takes the time to walk in his clients’ shoes, thinking from their perspective rather than his own.
